Fixed-Fee
The majority of our consultants complete standard projects with tangible deliverables; work for a fixed fee or when milestones are completed, regardless of hours spent.

Per-Diem
Some clients need scalable talent to support existing teams. In these cases they leverage our consultants on a day rate basis, to support short or
​longer-term projects.

Test-Drive
With no upfront commitment beyond the initial project, clients can use our consultants on a project to determine fit for full-time roles before adding to their permanent team.
